May 8 - Bring a Friend Day

Bring a Friend @ Southside

  1. Card Game Circuit:

Run 100m and back

Lunge 30m

Bear crawl 30m

Power skip to the playing cards

Pick 2 cards. Complete the # of reps on the card.

Spade – burpees

Heart – squat

Club – situp

Diamond - pushup


2. 100 jump ropes - 20 thrusters – 20 slam balls(jumping slam balls for vets) – 20 broad jumps - 20 kettle bell swings – 20 rows (or 10 pullups)
