5 burpees 10 pushups 15 situps 20 squats Run 50 meters in between – 15 minutes
Circuit:
40 Overhead bar lunge steps – 20 down, 20 back
20 - Knees to Elbows or 40 reach to toes
KB squat – one arm thruster – 20 each arm
Repeat for 15 min.
