Donkey Kong Workout (zoo parking lot) What level can you make it to in 30 minutes? Increase rep count by 5 each level.

Wall pushups - wall jumps

Squats – burpees

Shoulder Press and KB swings

½ on wall for alternating 45 sec. Dips and 45 sec. Shoulder Press development

½ in grass alternating 45 sec. Side raise and 45 sec. Windshield wipers
