May 19 - The Bryan & Team Game

The Bryan – 2 parts – Count your total reps – 90 second rest between ciruits

10 minutes

800 meter run

10 Plyo Pushups

10 broad jump burpees

10 minutes

800 meter run

10 tuck jumps

10 Sumo Squat High Pulls

Team Point Game:

1 pt. Each for

Tire Pulls – 30 meters down and back

10 Side Burpees each side

50 Barrier Jumps

Medicine Ball Throws – 40 meters down and back

KB – 1 arm clean – 10 each arm

30 Diamond Push-ups

40 Squat jumps

How was the Bryan scored?

Iz confoosed.

The scores I gave were : I added up the burpees and the plyo-pushups together and gave that score for round 1. Then I added together the KB pull-ups and squats (I can't tuck-jump) for my round 2 score. Did I do that right?
