Donkey Kong

Increase rep count by 10 each level.

Wall pushups - wall jumps

Squats – burpees

Shoulder Press and Squat High Pull (knuckles touch ground)

Finish – split group 3 rounds

½ on wall for alternating 45 sec. Dips and 45 sec. Step ups

½ in grass alternating 45 sec. Spiderman and 45 sec. Ankle taps
