March 3 - I'm with the band . . . on tour!

Today we combined 2 previous camp workouts - "I'm with the band" and "Tour of Grant Park"

Curls, presses, pulls, rows, dips, squats, running, jumps, burpees, flys, lunges.

Nice job!
