March 17 - Tabata, Hill Runs, & More

Tabata Pushups, Situps, Squats

Hill Runs (12 min) Running from bottom parking lot to the driveway that goes to the light on Cherokee. Sprint up hill – walk/jog down.

½ group stations at wall:

(6 min. each group)

½ -10 pushout squat jumps – 10 dips – 10 step-ups or bench jumps

½ - 20 side plank hip touch each side - 20 twists each side - 20 hip thrusts

Compare Tabata times to Feb. 26.
