Run 100m and back

Lunge 30m

Bear crawl 30m

Power skip to the playing cards

Roll 2 dice. Complete 20 reps for the corresponding # rolled.

100 jump ropes - 20 thrusters – 20 slam balls(jumping slam balls for vets) – 20 broad jumps - 20 kettle bell swings
