Find a nice hill that takes 30-45 seconds to run up to the top.
At the bottom of the hill, complete 10 lunges each leg and 20 pushups.
Sprint up the hill.
At the top of the hill, complete 20 tuck jumps and 20 situps.
Walk/Jog down the hill.
How many rounds can you do in 20 minutes?
