August 1 - Core Gauntlet & Hill Runs

6 AMNewbies –

The Marnggie (4 rounds)

50 pushups

10 pull-ups or 20 rows

20 Slam Balls

20 burpees

Run 400 meters


Vets

Split Group:

Running Hill

Complete 40 doubles or 40 singles/40 tuck jumps at top

At the bottom complete 8 windmills each arm with bars


Situp/Superman Gauntlet (40 seconds of sit-ups (odds) supermans evens/40 seconds of exercise) – no rest as you transition through the 5 stations..

1. KB Clean and Press (alternate arms)

2. Dips

3. Pullups

4. Jumping Slam Ball

5. Push-up Burpees

I was happy to report to Josh that since starting Boot Camps with FitWit I have lost 25 lbs! I started Boot Camp after being told by my Dr. to exercise or potentially be diganosed with Type II diabetes. I just found out this week of my total weight loss and have no more blood sugar problems. We're both happy with the results!

Awesome! I've read that 9/10 people don't make the change to avoid diabetes after getting medical advice they are at risk. Congratulations!
