Homework

A couple options:

1. Run with us on Saturday morning and then join us for some instruction on jump roping, the pull-up, and the clean.

2. 30 minute run.

3. Complete "The Lisa" - 5 rounds of:

200 Jump Rope (or 40 double unders)

40 situps

20 burpees w/ pushup
