I was up. I was getting ready and the rain was so hard that I simply presumed we would not have class today. When I called Lady Jess to see that we did, I realized that FitWit is like the Post Office . . . rain, sun, sleet and snow!
Sorry I missed it. Looks like fun. And a sprint workout to boot. I was in Syracuse and the weather was actually beautiful. But I was really writing to find out what the heck that thing is on the track. Is that an owl?
That creature is a hawk with a broken wing. Trevor and I chased the wounded bird around the track waving towels at it as we tried to get it in a box. Luckily for us someone from the zoo came out and was able to catch him and get him some help.

Awww... dude. You know we're doing it in the rain!
Now, we did get one little thunderclap and it looked like Mario was about to bust Bolts record in the 200m hightailing it out of there.
Good googley goo - what is that drenched winged creature in that photo?
mud wrestling should be added to our workouts

That was a magical griffon from the lands of Slygenthor. Any who touched that creature will have great luck for centuries.
And a little flatulence.
