Start – Tabata sprints

Next tabata pushups and

Tabata squat jumps


Finished with Double Unders, Shoulder Press, Kettle Bell Swings, and Spiderman Plank

Sprinting tabata
As if I did not like those
Two things by themselves

Why not combine them
Into one mean sick and cold
Late fall exercise

Me no likey cold
Makes things on a man retract
That's "SHRINKAGE", Jerry!

Good camp again y'all
The newbies were impressive
The vets got better

Consider off week
Workouts with the cool kid vets
Makes boot camp worthwhile
