Newbies:
1. 12 minute drill – 30 sec run/30 sec rest
2. 60 yd sprint – 30 pushups – 30 yd. Lunge – 30 yd. Bear crawl repeat for 8 minutes
3. 8 minutes – Partner drills – 10 jump squats – sprint 30 yds. – 5 burpees – return to partner
4. 5 minutes – Side Lunge 20 yards – backpedal – side lunge
Vets:
20 minutes:20 pushouts/20 dips/20 bench jumps - Sprint Field and up steps - Repeat
10 min. circuit – 15 incline pushup, 15 squat jump, 30 leg crunch off step, step jumps, lunges

I am just going to say that I got road rash on my hands from those crazy pusquat things we did. is it me or does every camp get harder?

Bad burpees will get you. Stretch and ice . . . stretch and ice.
yes, it is getting harder and harder... but then again, so are our bodies :-)
