OK, why was that so awful today? They were sweeping up the floor and shutting down the lights in the gym by the time I was done with that bad boy. Note to self--must work on upper body strength. This should make the mile seem a lot easier though!
I can't even walk up and down stairs, these last three days have really been a burner for the quads!!!
...and i'm planning on taking on any challengers for the sweat off!!!
