Sept. 13 - Track Workout

Vets: 400, 400, 300, 300, 200, 200

Newbies: 300, 200, 100, 300, 200, 100

Vets: 2 min. stations - Double Unders, Shoulder Press, Barrier Jumps

Newbies: Intro. to the kettlebell

Sprint Drill

This has been a pretty challenging week. I'm definitely feeling aches and pains all over as I complete these TPS reports.

I can't wait to get home and ice down my knee. Every time I stand up, there's popping, creaking, and whining.

STUPID TRAFFIC. I missed my favorite workout :( :( :(

I think I am going to have to join the 6am crew next time - when it takes over and hour and a half to get somewhere - ya, that is where I draw the line!

i really thought half of my lung was coming to come out and land on the track. thank goodness it didn't. that would have been mortifying!
