Vets - Running Tabata - 400/Tab Pushups/400 Tab Squats/400 Tab Situps/400 Tab Superman

Side Lunge - Backward Jog Circuit to finish


Newbies - 1. Intro to dynamic warmup and intro to exercise form

2. 10 Min Circuit - 5 Burpees/10 Pushups/15 Situps/20 Squats/Cone Run

now i haven't laugh as hard as i did in a long time during this morning's workout - so much so that i couldn't continue with my set... all, next time we do tabata superman, we need to all pause and admire man-jess aka DOLPHIN MAN.

for you newbies who don't know who DOLPHIN MAN is; he was the one this morning that felt the workout wasn't enough on its own and decided to challenge himself with a lap around the track with the tire.

josh, be sure to warn everyone in advance the next time we have tabatas so we can all pick strategic mat locations for best viewing of the show!!!

Great workout! Is everyone else as TIREd as I am? You know, getting a good workout is enTIREly in your hands! Make sure to wear the proper atTIRE before you engage in any physical activity or you may be forced to reTRIE from your workout early. That's no saTIRE!
