September 5 - Newbies - Running, Vets - Step Circuit

Split camp again today.

Newbies:

1. 12 minute drill – 30 sec run/30 sec rest

2. 60 yd sprint – 30 pushups – 30 yd. Lunge – 30 yd. Bear crawl repeat for 8 minutes

3. 8 minutes – Partner drills – 10 jump squats – sprint 30 yds. – 5 burpees – return to partner

4. 5 minutes – Side Lunge 20 yards – backpedal – side lunge

Vets:

20 minutes:

20 pushouts/20 dips/20 bench jumps - Sprint Field and up steps - Repeat

10 min. circuit – 15 incline pushup, 15 squat jump, 30 leg crunch off step, step jumps, lunges

Wall Sits and Wall Jumps

I am just going to say that I got road rash on my hands from those crazy pusquat things we did. is it me or does every camp get harder?

Seriously, my walk from the parking deck to my desk at work is getting slower and slower
