- Complete 400m run and 30 kettlebell swings before tagging partner.
- Complete 75 Wall Ball and 75 Situps (15 rep max each person)
- Complete 75 pushup burpees (15 burpee max each person)
- Complete an 8-4-2 as fast as possible (on tennis court)
