November 26 - 4 Corner Band Drill & Soccer











4 Corner Band Drill - Run to each corner of the track to complete 20 reps of the following:
1-leg bicep curl
lunge with shoulder press
heal kickbacks
triceps overhead extension

Then, we played soccer or completed an ab circuit.

Man, that 6am ab workout was tough. Thanks to Lindsay and Navada (sp?) for getting us through it.

ok, did anyone get hurt playing soccer? want to break that streak so we can play again (when I'm there).
