Campers choose exercises to perform at each trainer station as they make their way through the gauntlet. Only rule: can’t choose same exercise back to back. (30 min.)
At the end, choose red or blue envelope for mystery 4-minute workout.

Bi-cep Curl - 30
Side arm raises - 20
Thrusters - 15
Barrier Jumps - 20
Burpees for height - 10
Dips- 30
Diamond push-ups - 20
Plyo push-ups -15
Ab wheel rollouts - 20
Straight leg raise to 90 deg. - 30
sledge obligue twists or diag. chops - 15 (each direction)
Wall Ball - 20
Sandbag clean and press - 10
