OMFG.

Started off feeling a little sick this morning ... made it to camp late, but made it. Lindsay warmed me up.. you are an angel, thank you!

Then the workout.. which was hard, but sheesh it was cold... my toes are still cold!

Glad I made it though.
Week 3 in the books.

Way to gut it out this morning, Brad AND the rest of you who may not have been feeling so HOT this morning. We certainly don't all feel like working out everyday, and on those days, it's important to show up and give whatever you've got in the tank - however, much that may suck.
Can't escape Jerry West's quote, "You can't get much done in life if you only work on the days when you feel good."

Nice "camper diary" in the newsletter, Brad. You've inspired me.

Boy after calling out Greg and Jill G yesterday I felt just a little bad when I decided to catch the 7:00am class hoping that it woudl be a little warmer. Damn was I wrong, that mush have been one of the worst days I can recall over the past two years. Much Luv to Jill for asking about me and to Greg for leaving me the vm early this am.

I missed you and the lady Waugh this morning B! I needed someone to encourage me through that awful exercise. I feel like a big fat kettle bell today!

It seriously took me way too long......sad!

I like the Jerry West quote. There have been only about three days this entire camp when I've felt like "Spunky the Wonder Camper" eager to take on burpees and spread sunshine with a smile.

And though I'm ashamed of the times I've posted, as compared to my fine bootcamp peers, I still take some measure of pride when I interact with the mere mortals who didn't even participate in any exercises like we do.

My time today may have been 4 to 5 minutes off the pace I should be capable of . . . but it's still better than nothing and not THAT shabby coming off of a tummy flu and exercising while the frostbite was creeping up my fingers and toes in equal measure.

Kudos to the Brads who tough it out when sick and the Bryans who feel guilty about sleeping in and the rest of you who never make a peep, but get your hard work in nearly every day.

The camaraderie is often the ONLY fricking thing that gets me out of bed each morning. See you Monday.
