Mt. climbers at one end while team members combine to complete:
100 down dog pushups
100 windshield wipers (over and back is one)
100 squat jumps
200 jumping jacks
1 lap around track
Team Point Game
One point each for:
- · 12 reps – Sandbag clean and press
- · 15 push-up burpees
- · 20 roll-out push-ups with abwheel
- · 20 KB situp and press
- · 25 wall balls
- · 30 jumping pullups
- 25 lunge steps each leg
