Nice chilly tour this morning.
Dips, squats, planks, hills, push-ups, rockers, lunges, bands . . . no burpees!
I'm moved to haiku . . .
Ah . . . tour of Grant Park
The joy is in the journey
Objective? Fitness!
Any haiku challengers out there?

Challenging All Comers:
The Road Warrior Witness to Fitness
Seriously,
I know there are a few others out there who travel for work and need some motivation to hit the gym or go for a run after a full day of soul sucking meetings.
I'm posting here to make myself accountable to working out when I can't make it to camp. How about you?
Today: Ran 20 mins in some crazy cold NH weather. 40 min weight circuit.
I even ran into my manager in the gym so it was a great all around :)
Here that, Road Warrior Man Jess? Up and at 'em early in the (quiet, clean, adult, barf-free) posh hotel exercise facility. :-) You'll need your health and energy when you get home...
PS: Way to go fellow 6pm-er, Anatol!
