That was a good one today. A long lunge route, but feels good. First time in about three camps that I've been able to lunge properly without doing the modified version. Probably gonna pay for it later, but right now I feel great. It's because I slept in and missed yesterday's rain fest in the park!
Anyone else from Saturday still have blood blisters on their hands from the pullups or the attempts at doing pullups?
Okay, I know I'm a newbie, but that workout today was a BEAST!! Thanks for letting me see how many doggone lunges I can actually do. I would have NEVER pushed myself that hard. FitWit kicks BUTT!!
Faraday came up in lunging conversation. Apparently there is a character on a popular TV show (Lost?) named Faraday, but since I don't keep up with what the kids are watching these days I only knew it from physics class. Faraday's law is the fundamental relationship of how voltage can be generated through a changing magnetic field environment. It's how electricity is produced! More power, more wit!
