Homework - 4/2

Complete 1 pushup, 1 situp and 1 squat in the first minute. Add a rep for every additional minute. How many minutes can you complete?

Ex: Minute 1 - 1 pushup, 1 squat, 1 situp Minute 2 - 2 pushups, 2 squats, 2 situps

Lots of waiting around in the first 5-10 minutes, but then it will pick up quickly.

Ok FitWitters...we all know that Josh loves to Test, Record and Monitor our fitness levels from camp to camp and even in the same camp (i.e. Ron Burgandy / Donkey Kong anyone!!!).  We all work hard to lower our mile times and increase our tabata scores, but was is being done about the WIT part of FitWit...

Therefore, I'm introducing the first FitWit WIT Test entitled "The Power of Observation".  Below is a link to a think (i.e. Wit) test which includes 25 questions of things we see every day or have know (or should have) all our lives.

FitWit WIT Test: Power of Observation

Try it, it only takes a couple of minutes and then post your scores on the blog.  I scored 21 - not bad for a crazy canuck that has lived here less than 2 years!!!

Good luck...Jerome

I've sent this to some already, but I'm a proud papa, so here's a link to some pics of my new little bundle of joy:

Got a 20. Messed up on women's blouses, campbell soup, a number question and a tire question.
