April 3 - Sprint & Strength Work

Split group: 15 minutes each

½ - Sprint 100 meters & complete 10 pushup burpees – then walk/jog 100 meters (recovery)

½ - Strength circuit– 20 reps Pullups or pvc pulls – 40 total reps One arm Shoulder Press (Kb or bar – go heavy!) – 60 reps Prisoner Squats (hands interlaced behind head)

Hip Circuit
