For those of you joining us on Saturday morning for the Chomp and Stomp 5K, that will count as homework.
Another option - Buy a jump rope and practice! This is a skill that needs work. Check out the double under video in the manual, and strive to get several in a row.
Workout - 150 jump rope (or 30 double unders), 30 squats, 30 situps
Repeat for 5 rounds and post your time.
