Sign up for the Cabbagetown 5K, to be held the morning of the Chomp and Stomp fall festival! FitWit is a supporter of the event....see details below.
What: 2nd Annual Cabbagetown Romp and Stomp 5K
When: Saturday, November 3

Aids Walk/5K
If you would like to join as a teammate, here are the easy steps. I plan to run the 5K and you can join me or just enjoy the Walk. The event is October 21, 2007.

Hi! Here's a link to the evite for the Chili Cook-Off / Great Pumpkin Party. Contrary to popular believe, no costumes are required. Just regular clothes will do, but if you feel inspired to wear a costume, who am I to stop you?! :) Mostly it is just friends getting together to kick off the holiday season. It would be great to see you there! Cheers
