This testimonial comes from Stacey in our 6 am class. I think this is her 3rd session . . .

I'm in my second session of FitWit bootcamp and I truly love it. I love starting the day with motivated and positive "campers" and I love the feeling of accomplishment I have after every workout. Some mornings are especially difficult, but I have lost sixteen pounds and two dress sizes since I first began. Last weekend, I tried on my old prom dress (Class of "97) and it fit! Good luck newbies!

Jess,

You're always good for my afternoon chuckle. Does Michelle know what you do all day?

She thinks she does!

Also, I understand that some of the 6:00am folks discovered the reason why I do so many tires. They attended a 6:00pm session with Michelle, and she informed them that she can't leave for FitWit until I get home (someone has to watch our girls). If I get home late -- then she gets to FitWit late. When that happens, I do the tires. Not so much out of the goodness of my heart, but because there is no way in heck Michelle is going to sweat tears running with a tire because I decided to dally at work longer usual. :-)

After skipping boot camp all week to nurse my sore body and study for the gmat - I finally did my homework today.

Made it 4.3779 miles in 49:40 - which makes for 11:20 pace. Man I suck.

slow but happy that I finished

I did my homework but I can't stand having a watch slide up and down my wrist while I'm running. It's very annoying. So I don't know my time.
