Today was nice. Would it kill you to come up with exercises that don't require us to lay on the ground, however, after a rain storm in the cold? You know a treat, of sorts, for those brave souls who dare to come out in the sub-freezing Ohio-esque weather. That's all I'm saying.

Neat twist (no pun intended) on old exercises and nice splitting up the runs. Not too winded, but still warm enough not to tweak hamstrings.

And, despite all my bitching while enduring the moment, I feel good right now.

Good workout.

By the way, 6 PM is going to be crowded today since so many 6 AM folks slept in or got up early to vote. Why, you may have to rent a bigger track and field to accommodate all the folks who will/should be there tonight.

COLD.

I'm not grooving on this whole cold thing.

I'm able to do about 3/4 of what I normally could.

Looking forward to next camp!

Hang in there, people. Next camp is all indoors! In fact, we'll be doing a mini-camp Dec. 15 - 19 that will be all indoors.

Won't it be awesome in May when we can shed all the extra gear and beat all our times?

No snow today therefore it was a good day to be outside. A bit cooler than I'd perfer but was able to stay warm with the running and ab work. Enjoyed the splitting of the run with abs, allowed a full cardio recovery between running.

I'm looking forward to tonight to see how many 6:00am, 7:00am, 9:30 am campers show.

Congrats to all of the 6:00pm newbiees. All present and all beating previous TRB times. Way to go!!

so what would someone with 4 pins in their ankle do in place of the running? interested, but gimped.

Bryan, I missed my friends this morning. I think I'll haiku:

Was no Jessica
And no Jill, Todd or Man Jess
No Shelly either

I missed the newbies
Did not see Sharda, Jenny
Were they asleep, too?

Where was the Grandma
Was Ron Burgandy resting
Did Mark not set clock?

And yes, I'll be missing tomorrow morning, so I did it again and called you out one day before I missed camp! Oh well. Enjoy 6 PM.

Maybe if I commit to coming tomorrow (Thursday) on the blog, I might be able to get there.

I make no promises, but I'm going to try my best to get my dorito eating self there!
