Homework

Workout:

Warm-up, then:
  • Part 1: As many squats as you can do unbroken.
  • Part 2: 200 sit-ups for time.
  • Part 3: Tabata Running--8 rounds of 20 sec all out sprint followed by 10 sec complete rest. Try to cover the same distance in each round.
