Uh Huh, I see some people can't follow directions. Run in between stations was what I heard (and read by the way) directed at the group this am. Not sure what some of you were doing but I bet you smashed your previous times since some of you allowed 800 meters of running to somehow vanish from the workout. Slackers!!! :-)
