1.) drop 30 seconds off my one mile time

2.) do 20 rows without resting,

3.) walk/run instead of driving to Southside to extend my work out and save on gas

4.) re-focus on eating healthy so I can get fitter!

I'd like to be in the best possible shape I can be in by the time I hit a milestone birthday this December. Working until 2am and missing camp today sure isn't helping to reach that goal. I'll just have to push that much harder!

I'm already noticing a big difference, both physically and in endurance, from when I started in mid-April. Thanks to FitWit!

Get under the 8 minute mile mark (with a little help from my rabbit, Ron) and then shoot for a 7:30 time.

Run a sprint triathalon.

Work to continually eat a balanced diet, instead of just 4 days a week.

Get a 15 on my tabata pushups

10 unbroken pull ups

i'm already back into "skinny" jeans that i haven't worn in 4 years. that was a nice surprise. next up - my wedding dress.

1) drop some serious time off my mile. currently, it's horrible. and work my way up to the EAV Strut 5k.
2) upgrade from rows to pull-ups.
3) stop throwing wall balls like basketballs.
4) love the blurpie.

My goals are:

1. Make better eating choices when I'm working/studying/stressed out, especially at coffee shops (anyone want to come spy on me at Inman Perk or Dancing Goats as I work?)

2. Make better eating choices when I eat out. Chips and salsa are my downfall:)

3. Improve my times on any of the circuits we will do for the 2nd time in the last weeks.

1.) Lose 30 pounds. I've not been as good about my diet since I started boot camp... I guess it's time to work on that aspect.

2.) 7:30 mile.

3.) Be able to ride a couple of road bike century (100 mile) rides in the next 12 months... I've done that once and it darn near killed me... have another one queued up for Sep.
