Homework for week of 6/2

Complete the following after a light 3-5 min. warm-up:

Telephone pole interval runs. Run the length of 4-8 telephone poles around your neighborhood. Rest the same distance by walking. Repeat for 20 minutes. Runs should be at 60-80% depending on your fitness level.

Finish with a full 20-minute stretch session. You need this after the first two days of camp!
