June 3 - "Heavy" FitWit 500 & Newbie Toy Work









Vets:
Heavy FitWit 500 – Use heavier weights for thrusters and overhead squats

2 rounds

50 Pushups

50 Barrier Jumps (over and back is one)

50 Thrusters

50 Situps

50 Overhead Squats

Compare to previous FitWit 500 scores. Remember, these scores were with lighter weight though. March 4 Fitwit 500

Newbies:

Work on form running

  1. 8 min. whistle drill
  2. Toy Circuit – Teach Kettlebell swing – Slam Ball– wall ball – Jump rope – Thruster

Newbies, welcome to your first week. You will get better at doing these workouts, but they will always be hard.

If you come do a workout, and it's not hard, go tell Josh and he'll fix it for you.

I can already tell I'm going to be sore from today...

But without pushing out of your comfort zone.. you make no progress.
