Big props to 7:00am Andrea AKA AK-47 for kicking booty yesterday at 6:00pm. Also great work by newbie Aimee (6:00pm). It's great to see such hard work after a long day on the JOB!! Great job everyone.

7am Andrea does a 6pm, and then comes back at 7am to wipe everyone off the board doing plank. Way to go!!

Some of you know, that I travel for my job which means I miss some workouts. I'm trying to get accountable for working out even when I'm the road. In that spirit.

25 mins Intervals on Eliptical
30 mins dumbells squats, lunges, press, curls, rows
10 mins situp/pushup combo
