Amazing Testimony

This email came from Tracy Hollis (6 am - second camp) on Saturday.

Hi Josh,

I wanted to let you know how Fitwit has benefited me. I got some astounding news from my oncologist this week. Five years ago I was diagnosed with borderline osteoporosis. My condition was likely a combined result of bone loss associated with cancer treatment, early menopause and a genetic predisposition.

I had a bone scan done last week, hoping to have slowed or stopped the progress of this condition. Since my participation in Fitwit and other weight-bearing exercise, I have not only retarded ongoing bone loss -- I have completely reversed the effects of osteoporosis and am in the normal range. Additionally, my doctor has taken me off my bone loss prevention drug, and stated that my health can be maintained indefinitely by exercise and diet.

The investment in Fitwit can’t be overstated. Your program saved me the cost of an expensive prescription drug, and continues to extend the quality of my life so I can keep running, exercising and living without a debilitating disease like osteoporosis.

Thanks to Fitwit and your commitment to helping people achieve and maintain healthy, active lives.

Tracy Hollis

Tracy, first off contratulations on your amazing news. Your testimony has inspired me. I've been missing camp for no good reason other than I just don't want to get up at 6am in the morning and by 5pm, I have found all kinds of reasons not to make the 6pm camp. Thanks for sharing your story. 7am - Carla
