10 burpees

15 step-ups each leg

20 dips

25 squats

2 laps

As many rounds in 30 minutes

5 min. ab series:

30 secs. Each of situps, v-ups, ab-bike, ankle taps, reverse crunch

rest 20 secs. & repeat

I did 4-2 which beat my previous score of "0". Actually, I think I did two rounds the first time and had to leave early and Josh wouldn't simply double my score.

Anyhoo, I feel like I might have done better if my friends Bryan and Jill had been there to inspire and motivate me.

So, you see Josh, it's really not my fault that I only completed 4-2.

Perhaps Man Jess's daughter could throw together a cartoon to depict what Bryan and Jill, respectively, might have been doing this morning.
