That was brutal.
How come your counting got messed up in the '08?
Back in the day, it used to be 10 reps, 20 reps and 30 reps.
You need to review your studies or take a remedial math class, because you "mistakenly" made us do: 20, 40 and 60 reps.
Good workout, though. They say, "Pain makes you beautiful."
