Josh, et al,

Today's workout was a good one. It was hard work (especially with Ben in our ears) and motivating to try and stay within a minute of Super Jerome. Too bad Ed wasn't there to push him, or one of them might have completed the drill in under a minute.

Good workout. My heart "hearts" today's exercise.

Happy Valentine's Day to all my boot camp peeps. Even the ones sitting at home recuperating . . . or taking care of their newborns . . . or working in a cubicle with fluorescent lights in Davidson, North Carolina.

Anyone interested in joining a crowd for Feb. 14th Mexican Night. It is the way I like to spend this day. El Azteca on Ponce at 6:30. Come on by for some margaritas and a "very healthy" dinner. Singles and couples welcome!

Mexican food is going to give you the "poots" later on when you're trying to get your Cupid on . . . if you know what I mean.

I'm just saying, you might want something with less volatile consequences. Like soup! Crackers. Jello. Even if you don't do it for your lovey-dovey, think of the people who will be doing push-ups tomorrow morning while you're squatting or doing sit-ups.

Could be dire consequences. Think of the team first, TK.

But then again, who doesn't love Mexican food? I'll check with my lovely senora and hijo to see if they want to get their guacamole on . . .
