January 21 - The Dawn

Dawn:

10 burpees

15 step-ups each leg

20 dips

25 squats

2 laps

As many rounds in 30 minutes

5 min. ab series:

30 secs. Each of situps, reach throughs, ab-bike, ankle taps, reverse crunch

rest 20 secs. & repeat

"The Dawn" is just brutal -- thirty minutes of pain and suffering. Sure, there are other routines with perhaps more difficult exercises but none of them last nearly as long. I think I was about to pass out after this morning. I've never had so many people come up to me after a session (Mario, Jessica, etc.) and ask if I was okay.

By the way, this is not a complaint. I wouldn't change anything about "The Dawn". All I'm saying is that if it weren't for coffee I wouldn't even be able to pretend to work right now (let alone actually do it).

Good workout today.
By the way, did anyone happen to pick up my Greeenpeace yoga mat this morning? In my rush to leave by 7am, I think I left it behind.
