Homework & Running Club info.

Telephone pole runs - For 30 minutes: Run the distance of 2 telephone poles, then walk 2 poles. Run 3 poles, walk 3 poles. Run 4, walk 4. Repeat starting over at 2 telephone poles. The walk should be a power-walk/jog.

Running Club info:

Hey Guys,

We are doing our mid-week run Wed. - and this week we'll remain on our standard 2 loops around Grant Park (total of 4.4 miles).

Start time is 6:30 p.m. at the Grant Park Rec Center off Sydney & Park and we can readily accommodate all speeds of runners at this shorter, mid-week run so come out even if you balked at the longer Saturday runs!
