January 31 - Bring a Friend Day

2 circuits – 18-20 min.

  1. Card Game Circuit:

Run a cafeteria loop

Lunge length of court

Bear crawl width of court

Power skip to the playing cards

Draw 2 cards – Spade – Burpees

Heart – Pushup

Club – Squat

Diamond - Situp

2. 100 jump ropes - 20 thrusters – 20 wall balls – 20 broad jumps - 20 kettle bell swings

Speaking of double unders, is Jerome aware that he's been supplanted as the best double undering Canadian in our class? Did anyone else catch Andrea rocking the double unders as though her last name was Balboa and she was getting ready to fight a big Russian?

While Ben is a great addition, I'm mad that he didn't protect me from myself and allowed me to do broad jump contests with him and Richard "The Human Frogger".

That was a bad call on the gimpy knee.
