Does the Grant Park loop include the Atlanta Ave. hill? :)

So I went to the doctor yesterday to have him look at my shoulder and he asked what was wrong....
I explained that it hurt when I did push-ups and dips and thrusters and sadly when I play guitar hero. He looked at me with his eyebrows raised as if to say -"then stop doing that." But then the funniest thing happened. I said....wait for it....."and I want to keep doing them."
I am now having an MRI on my shoulder and seeing a psychiatrist for the mental illness I suffer called "Fit Wit". You have to love it. See you Thursday. TK

I was wondering where you ahve been TK.. Figured once you got "the ring" you were going to take some time off.. :-) Good luck in the MRI, hope it's nothing serious. If it is, you can always run, run, run!!! LOL..

As far as the never-ending hill on Atlanta ave. It's no so bad if you get lucky and get to run down it.. But the sick in the head, run loving group of runner arne't that nice to us "non runner" runners.

I'm just trying to maintain for god sakes!! I'll see you sicko's tonight..

You're right, I have no excuses. Just trying to get back into the swing of things after 2 weeks of overeating and overdrinking. 9 miles is a lot--can I stop halfway?

It's a loop that we are going around twice, so halfway would be perfect! Good luck in your comeback!
