November 2 - Sprint Form Work & 3-Man Relays

Ins and Outs – Sprint and Walk – 8 x 100 meters

3 man team relays –

One person runs to cone to complete 30 mountain climbers each leg while other 2 aim to complete:

100 jumping lunges
100 plyo pushups
100 squat jumps
100 close hands pushups

Finish with 3 man leap frog through the cone and 50 burpees.

REMEMBER: CABBAGETOWN 5K TOMORROW!

As much as it pains me to say this, I think we should aim to be there between 7:00am and 7:15am to give us time to register, get shirts that fits (before they run out of my size)and go through a dynamic warmup - I know you all like to see my skywalkers!!!
