Workout Video - Tabata Double-Unders

Here's a preview of what's on tap for Friday's workout. If you can't double-under, we'll have you try singles.

Hey, I LOVE this video.. watching the trainers work.

We need a Friday workout or something where the trainers all work with us.. or we get to run them around the track a little. :)

This one is going to be interesting tomorrow. We had never tried the full 8 rounds before we put it on film so neither one of us had a good gauge of what was an appropriate rep count.

It's going to be interesting to see the single numbers and see if there is much drop off from round 1 to round 8.
