Was today just a super tough combo, or are my lungs collapsing? I was about to pass out....

Love it Josh, nice to see Bring a Friend Day gets a shot of Difficulty. Incorporating the Wheel gave my neighbor a good idea of what makes FITWIT different than the “free we wear black t-shirts and have cool glow in the dark cones Boot camp” she does on Saturdays. She was complaining about the wall ball, the rows and kettle bell being “hard”. Things she has never experienced at the other place. We may have another camper joining us once her upcoming marathon is completed.

Did anyone else see Bwaa this morning doing one armed pull-ups? At one point, he put a kettle bell between his feet and pulled with one arm! I mean, that man is an animal! :)

jk, but you still are a beast!

If done right, that "little pukey feeling" should be present during/after a tough workout.

Not looking for anyone to vomit, but that feeling is usually a good indicator of hard hard you are pushing your limits.

And Anatol - keep up the good workouts while you are away!

Thanks Jill, that actually made me laugh out loud!!! I only wish I could have achieved that “little pukey” filling that is the latest rage.
Big Props to Anatol. Way to kick arse on your days away from camp. I think you have finally drunk the cool-aid!!! Ha. Look forward to seeing what you accomplish tomorrow.

I missed my 6 pm ers today! Matt had surgery and I spent most of the day at the hospital and I am now playing nurse at home. I thought it was going to be another "Friend Day" Workout...but Josh pulled out the stops. Sorry I missed that one! Take Care 6pm ers.

HAHA! I always get the lil pukey feeling, except about 1/2 the time it's a major pukey feeling.

Everyone did a great job today. Todays workout was no joke. Friends got to see what you go through 4x a week and I'm sure they are wondering how you do it. Todays workout challenged everyone and you all did a great job. Keep up the good work.
