Yeah, I wasn't a fan.. you can freeze your hands off or scrape them on the track... Crab walk = bad.

All the talk about the mini march of "life". Not even one comment about the new "Fun Run".

No Cold grass for the 6:00pm crew. Nothing but sunshine and a perfect autum afternoon. Great time to work out (Greg, i must have overslep. Again!!)

Aimee, it not just a nwebie thing! I nearly fell out of my chair during lunch Tuesday with a sever cramp in my hamstring. It shows that you really worked hard!!

We all thought that grass was cold this morning and it sucked! Lets just wait until its the middle of January......Josh doesn't stop the march for any kind of weather or season! brrrrrr and grrrrr

We had an 'Easy Button' at 9:30. Not only was the weather great but the workout was a breeze!

Greg was and still is sick. Went to the doctor and got some medicine that is working wonders . . . but prevents me from operating heavy machinery. Headed to the beach Friday and Monday, so have fun without me.

Bring this one back in a later camp, Josh, so I can endure it, too!

Also, to add to Jill's point, you will need gloves in the winter. March of Life without gloves is the absolute worst thing ever. De-icing frozen, numb fingers in hot water is the most painful thing associated with bootcamp.

Bwaaa, did you break out the Under Armor cold gear, baby?

Carrying the medicine ball (um, "toy") while running up the hill? yeah, that sucked. Crab walk? that sucked more. Cold grass? sounds kind of whiney. I thought the 6am-ers were hard core. :-P

Karen, I officially invite you to 6AM fun to see for yourself!

Dawny, I think that we should make our attendance bet with Greg! He's never there! Greg could buy our brunch while he babysits your kids! What do you think?

ps. I owe you 1.0 hrs because I'm out of town today.

YIKES! That grass was cold! But the hill workout was great! I really liked that one. I usually like the March too, but the grass was awful. Maybe I need a straw to suck it up?

Forget the medicine ball (i.e. toy)...it was the sandbag that made you say Uncle :) Sand on the beach is SO much nicer. Greg, you can tell us about it when you get back.
