Team Alicia / Amanda / Brad!! Go team! I'm pretty sure we didn't win on rep count (mainly cause I stood there watching Dr. "the terminator" Ed doing more kettle bell swings than I've ever seen unbroken... I'm beginning to suspect that Dr. Ed spends his nights out looking for Sarah Conner) but we have a great team and worked hard. So, yay us! ;-)

Having attended all but the 9:30 class, I can honestly say that each class has its own distinct personality. And each class offers me a different type of workout. In case you didn't know, I am a smart woman. Smart enough to know that I should not explain that further in writing. But ask me in person and I will tell you about each class and what it has to offer. As to Mario's suggestion as to the "hardest core," I suggest every Fit Witter find a week next summer to join 6 pm. 90 degrees + makes for a totally different workout. And yes - I have done the cold, dark 20 degree workout at 6 am.

I think every single Fit Witter has the opportunity to be an amazing example of determination, strength, endurance and desire each and everytime they show up for camp. What each of us does with that hour is up to the individual.
